Our return policy supports for 4D’s which is Different, Damage, Defective or Delayed and Beyond:-
You would be provided a promised maximum delivery date for each order placed with kitchen brand store.
Return or replacement request can be raised up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery.
It is completely our responsibility to arrange for generating labels, arranging pickup and following up with respective manpower for pickup of return.
If delivery attempt is not made up to the promised delivery date, Customer can refuse to accept the delivery and we will refund the whole order value along with shipping cost if any charged as soon as product is marked Return to Origin.
In Case of delayed delivery, customer can still opt to return product in original condition with no questions asked. A Full refund would be issued as per our refund policy.
In Case of different product, Customer can opt for a replacement or return with no questions asked, a full refund would be applicable. A Full refund would be issued as per our refund policy.
In Case of Defect, Customer can opt for replacement or return with no questions asked for non-appliance purchase. For appliances, same is applicable, given the defect is detected and certified by authorized Brand service engineer. Please refer to installation procedure and policy for appliances.
In Case of Damaged/ dented or deformed product, Customer can opt for replacement or return with no questions asked for non-appliance purchase. For appliances, same is applicable, given the unboxing was done by authorized Brand service engineer. Please refer to installation procedure and policy for appliances.
In case of Defect/ Damaged, with customer consent, our post sales team may try to get the defects corrected up to customer satisfaction using services of brand authorized engineer.
Beyond: In case of other reasons like Customer change the mind, Not required anymore, size doesn’t fit, incompatible with the scenario etc., we do accept the return, however, double of shipping charges for forward and reverse shipping would be deducted from the total order amount.
In Above scenario, however, our team may waive off shipping charges deduction in case you are looking for alternate product from any of the brand we are selling. A mutual agreement would be made between the customers and us case to case basis.

Refund would be issued in original source of payment while placing the order.
It might take 3-5 working days for refund to reflect in original source of payment. It may occur early but it vary bank to bank and institution to institution.
