I recently purchased a pressure pan from the stainless steel category and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed with it. It has a 3.5 litre capacity and is induction bottom which makes it very efficient. It is also quite light in weight and easy to handle. The lid is also quite sturdy and fits snugly.
