I recently purchased a tadka pan from the Butterfly Raga range and I am extremely pleased with it. It is made of non-stick aluminium, so it is very easy to clean and maintain. I recently bought a non-stick aluminium tadka pan and I'm so glad I did. It's the perfect size for making tadka and it's really easy to clean. The non-stick coating is really good and it doesn't stick to the pan at all. The handle is also really comfortable to hold and it doesn't get too hot. I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone looking for a good quality tadka pan.
