How do I return an item purchased on Sunflamestore.com?
All products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons: Damage/Dead on Arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired Product and In-correct product.Please refer to Sunflamestore Easy Returns Policy

1. Initiate a Return Request
Login to Your Account
Go to My Orders
Click on RETURN THIS ITEM for item you wish to return
Select the reason for return and upload supporting photographs before hitting Submit.

2. Share Info for Pick Up
Our Representative will call you within 48 Hours to confirm date of pick up

3. Pick Up
Handover the item you wish to return to our Sunflamestore executive.

IMPORTANT:Once your return claim is Accepted, Refunds will be processed within 48 Hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.

TERMS u0026amp; CONDITIONS

Sunflamestore ?Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product u0026amp; In-correct product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.
On certain Products the Seller’s or Brand’s Warranty may supersede Suflamestore Easy Return Policy.
Sunflamestore will pick up product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us or dispose/ destroy them.
Customized orders cannot be returned.

Please shoot the video of product at the time of unpacking after you receive it from our courier service. You are requested to do so within 7 days after the date of receiving the product so that any damage issues can be resolved with help of video to mitigate dispute with concerned team while shooting the video do show the serial number, outside label information in the beginning to make sure the authenticity.

Demo or Installation changes are exclusive of the product cost which has to be paid to the site visiting technician.
