4. Request for a service request number to be assigned to your installation appointment.
5. Write down the service request number for future reference.
6. Confirm the date and time of your installation appointment with the customer support representative.
7. On the day of your appointment, make sure to have all the necessary tools and equipment ready for the installation.
8. Ensure that the installation area is clear and free from any obstructions.
9. The Orpat technician will arrive at the scheduled time to install your fan.
10. Provide the technician with the service request number for reference.
11. The technician will install the fan according to the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines.
12. Once the installation is complete, the technician will test the fan to ensure it is functioning properly.
13. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask the technician for assistance.
14. After the installation, the technician will provide you with a warranty card and a feedback form.
