Designed for larger modular kitchens and multi-dish cooking, it combines five gas cooking positions with Siemens stepFlame Technology, a high-output 5.0 kW dual wok burner, solid cast-iron pan supports and distinctive detachable metallic sword-style control knobs.

Why EC9A5RI90I is different

EC9A5RI90I joins the established EC9A5RB90I in Siemens' 90 cm five-burner family. The new model retains the proven stainless-steel, five-burner and stepFlame concept while introducing Siemens' latest design treatment with detachable metallic sword knobs. Its central 5.0 kW dual wok burner is intended for intensive high-heat cooking, while the surrounding burners provide flexibility for everyday boiling, simmering and frying.

stepFlame Technology

Instead of relying only on visual judgement of the flame, stepFlame provides defined flame settings so heat can be adjusted in controlled steps. This makes it easier to repeat a successful cooking setting and move accurately between gentle simmering and stronger heat.

5.0 kW Dual Wok Burner

The high-output dual wok burner provides concentrated heat for larger cookware, wok cooking, rapid heating and Indian cooking techniques that benefit from strong flame performance.

Detachable Metallic Sword Knobs

The new metallic sword-style controls give EC9A5RI90I a more contemporary control interface. Their detachable construction also helps provide easier access around the control area during routine cleaning.
